Help With ID On 2 Mexico Sterling Bracelets TIA

Hello, This is my first time posting here so I hope I do it right.
I have 2 signed bracelets that I need a little help with. I think they are Taxco but I am not certain.
The cuff bracelet is marked Mexico TH-17 (I think) 925 RD.
The black onyx is marked Mexico TL-63 925.
Anything you can throw my way would be great.
