Does Anyone Know This Mark?

I recently acquired a five piece coffee/tea set and a pair of candelabra. All are marked as shown. I've looked through books but can't find a similar mark. Is it Emma Melendez? Can someone help? Thanks!

Hi,
The eagle 1 indicates Mexico City, whereas Emma Melendez is a Taxco smith. Also, I don't believe her taller ever produced any large holloware.
The bottom reads Pasaje Alameda and is an address, in english, something like Alameda Alley. There is a such a street in the old central historic district of Mexico City.
