I would think this is a very common made item from mexico,but since it has more markings than just 925 and Mexico,it might have some age or significance to it.

Sterling Mexican Necklace marked TV-46 JUG
This appears to have a V after the T but I am not sure and the 6 after the 4 could be another number maybe? It is marked JUG,so any ideas on the maker of this item?
