mexican silver mark ?????

hi can anyone help i have this necklace but cant get a clear close up of the marks on the eged of the necklace- chocker it says MEXICO one way then going up the necklace it says the other way 925 ABM then a bit further up its got 19-98 or 19-86
this is a solid necklace rigid like a choker or something
