This Mexican silver bib necklace came with paperwork:" Alonzo Silver Bib. Design is traditional 18th century Spanish and it has been reproduced by famed Taxco artisan Ballesteros. Design is given shape by Miguel Alonzo, who makes many of Ballesteros pieces. " Then it tells how he made & assembled this necklace.
It has the eagle mark #3 that I believe dates somewhere 1955-1980. I cannot find reference to the MP initials shown in the circle mark. How can I determine who actually made this? admin edit
Difficult to read one of the text marks, but I believe they both say "Hecho En Mexico", stamped in two different directions.
I have looked everywhere and can find no information at all on this necklace. Any help would be much appreciated.
