Mexican Teapot Spratling Design?

I can't see enough of the maker's mark to decipher the silversmith. I've seen Wm Spratling teapots that look identical including the baffle taking up half the circumference under the lid. It measures 7 1/2" tall the lid is 3" and the base is 3 1/2"
It is very well made with great attention to detail. Was this a Spratling apprentice or a copy cat? I tend to think Spratling had something to do with this piece.
