Help! Mexican mid century bracelet shield hallmark

Hi I have a heavy shield and 4 pointed star link bracelet weighs (66g) the hallmark seems to be the same shape as the shield shaped link but inside a cog. Have been searching everywhere for this hallmark not sure if it’s even Mexican but the way the 925 kind of slants looks similar to their type of way of marking. Seems to have been double stamped.
