Need Info on Hallmark - Metals Made in Mexico Hand Wrought 30

Hi. I have not been able to track this down anywhere. I have looked. Not an expert in hallmarks. Butterfly is approximately 13"x14". Not sure of the metal composition or stones (mother of pearl?). Trying to track down artist or manufacturer first. Thanks up front. Curt
