Help ID Christmas Sweater Clip

I was hoping to get some information re: this holiday sweater clip.
As you can see in the last photo some of the mark is missing.
I am interested in age and maker. It seems like a very old clip.

I would very much appreciate any information.

Hi,
As it has the eagle stamp, it was made after 1948 and probably in the mid fifties. Damaso Gallegos is a possible maker, he did a lot of jewelry in this motif.
