Help identifying a Mexican Sterling hall ark

Hello,

I recently came to own a pair of cuff links marked CGP. I’m trying to figure out who made these.

Other marks include
Taxco
Sterling
Mexico

In the middle of all those is the CGP
Next to that is what looks like a crest with the number 3 in the middle
