Unfortunately, both type-1 (defined) and type-2 (silhoutte/shadow) "Eagle 3" marks are common and generic for Taxco with many maker's initials. To be brutually honest, there is currently small chance of actual identification if it does not surface with the search function and "it ain't listed here":

Thank you for that. I think I've found just about as much info as I could on this item, and it all came from this site.
