Help with a belt buckle and bracelet please.

Hello,

I'd like to know if somebody could help me to identify the marks on this
silver Mexican buckle.

It seems to be a stork flying, below it says "F2R" , "Sterling Mexico", "0.925 D.F."




Any info about maker and year of manufacture will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
