Any information AMSTERDAM S.A. 925 Sterling

I am appraising a 3 pc. sterling silver server. It was purchased in the 1960s in Mexico. It is labeled AMSTERDAM S.A. 925 STERLING.It also has 2 very small eagle marks on the outside rims. I have not been able to find any information of this workshop. I have only found a somewhat crude deer pin on eBay with a remnant of the same marks.
