Hello Im having trouble to ID this mexican mark/designer. Weird that the moving part says "alpaca" which is not silver right?

Does the outer ring appear to read "Taxco Mexico" over "925"? What is inside, "22A"?

Yes, it says "taxco mexico" and it seems to be stamped also 22A. which I cant relate with any marker mark.
