Necklace: tiger eye, sterling leaf/fluted domes/sphere drops

I'm guessing this 14 1/2" necklace is made in Mexico.

Questions:
1) Who, where, and when?
2) Is there a name for this motif combination?

There is only one mark (on the clasp), shown in the first photo.
