Identify Stamp - Lighter Case

Can't make out what it says much, or can't identify it with other stamps. Any ideas?

Looks Mexican to me. The marks appear to read- MEX makers symbol 925.

Indeed, I colored those parts in yesterday in Photoshop:

Might try to fill in the rest of the spots with dots and see if I can make anything out of it.
