Can you help me identiy 30-40's "NOW" mex slvr jewlr hllmrk?

Hi All,
I am new to the forum and am trying to identify the following hallmark. While I think it says "NOW", the n and w are kind of hard to read. This is a very special gift for my mom who loves Mexican silver jewelry and I would love to be able to tell her more about the piece. After scouring the web, I have found nothing other than the pin likely dates to the 30's-40's because it is also marked with "Mexico Silver".

Any help and/or info y'all may be able provide would be so greatly appreciated. In advance, I thank you for your time and help on this one!

Thanks for the welcome to the forum trev. I also am including a pic of the back of the pin. The hallmark is very hard to read. Im pretty sure it's NO and am guessing on the W. Thanks for any help in learning any more about this piece and who made it or what kind of stone might be in it. Thanks!
