Help With Mark On Silver Bracelet

Hi was wondering if anybody could identify this mark and tell me a little about it
Bought this bracelet for my wife not even sure if real silver looked like silver was tarnished and cleaned up well

Have seen many Mexican bracelets with carved onyx face mask referred to as the Aztec. The mark here says ``Hecho en Mexico`` (Made in Mexico).Unfortunately, too often they are not made of silver and sometimes only clasp is sterling with appropriate marks. It`s nice, though.
