Identify this mark please!

Good evening one and all,
I recently purchased a necklace with Taxco Mexico 925 in a circle, the intials inside the circle are PHZ or PAZ. Above this is the eagle with the # 3 inside it. Sorry but unable to provide a photo as it is to dark.
