Mexican Jewelry Set: Mystery Crown & Eagle #38 Mark

This mark has confounded me. I can find reference to the eagle stamp #38 as Los Castillo/Antonio Pineda, but nothing about the crown. It is a silver and abalone necklace and earrings set. I want to sell it but I want to be able to accurately attribute it do so.
