Help identify Mark Please - Mexico Pin

Hi there - I have this lovely pin. THe stone is a beautiful blackish/greenish stone that when it hits the light it looks metallic. Markings are tough to read on back...any ideas? Thanks.

The stone is Sheen Obsidian.
The mark looks to be Hecho en Mexico (Made in Mexico) Sterling 925 M? and Eagle 28.
I've seen bunches of similar pins so not likely a name artisan.
