Cuff Links Mark Shield

Hi,
I have a pair of 10k and Sterling cufflinks marked Guad Mex Plata 925 10k. I believe Guad is Guadalajara. Does anyone know who the crest/shield symbol is associated with? Too bad they soldered the hardware right onto the maker's mark, but I guess they needed to be affixed somewhere :)
