Unknown mark on earrings

I found these earrings at the Goodwill of all places. I don't normally buy jewelry there but I was interested in these, mainly because of all the markings and that they were a complete pair.

I don't expect them to be worth more than their scrap value, but I can't find out who made them and where they came from.

I did my best to take pictures. I'll try again tomorrow when the lighting is better.

There's also a small stamp next to it, it sort of looks like a bell with a 65 inside of it (upside down in the pictures)
