Is this hallmark from Pedro Castillo?

Hi, this looks like Pedro Castillo to me but it's backwards from what I have seen on other jewelry. Or maybe it's someone else? Thanks for any suggestions.

That's nothing like his mark and looks to be PS/SP rather than CP.
What does it say besides Taxco? There is a mention of a conjoined SP in the hallmark book that also says 960 Silver but there is no further info.
