Taxco Sterling Mark

I couldn't find this Taxco Sterling mark.
Any ideas? It looks a bit like FUC but not sure.

Hi,

Did you ever find out who this is? I will tell you the eagle mark 3 has a list of initials next to it. I looked in the Little Silver Book and there is no FUC for Eagle Mark 3. There is an FLC but I can't tell from the picture if that is a U or an L.
