Cannot identify maker mark: In an oval it says "warranted" and a word I cannot identify. Inside the oval it says "RMWS" or "RMS" with the "W" slightly dropped lower. There appears to be an overstamp also. Still inside the oval it says "GOLD". Below the oval it says "STERLING ... MEXICO". Any help would be appreciated.
