Ring marked "HOB Mexico 925"?

Could anyone please tell me if they have any information on HOB?

Or on this type of ring - age, maybe? Thank you!

I've seen this mark several times but not found who it belongs to. From what I can tell it is a 1990's to now manufacturer. The reason there is no expected TD-65 type mark is that those are for individuals, not companies.
ATI, CII and a few others I can't remember all mark similarly. They are often misidentified as pre-1948 due to the absence of an eagle mark or the post 79 mark but they are very new.

I've just found, as I had a piece w/this mark that I was trying to ID, through a google search that this mark is indeed modern, and probably a QVC brand.

This hallmark HOB Mexico 925" was manufactured by the company House Of Bangles which expanded their manufacturing to overseas countries in the 1990's.
