Help ID Hallmark! Top of Letters is slightly off.

Hi all. Thank you for putting this forum up. I came across this forum in my research for Taxco. I'm having trouble making out the letters in the stamp. If you can help me identify the letters I would be so grateful since I'm just about blind from the glare. I can see the Mexico 925 with the 5 cut off the top. Then next is TC? or TG? - 03? 05? 83? If your in the same boat and can't id the numbers how about style? Does this type of style look familiar to anyone that is familiar with Taxco silver? Thank you so much in advance for your help.
