Matilde Poulat opened her shop in 1934. She apparently used both the script and block letters during the same time period. The MS-12 registry number, which is assigned to Ricardo Salas. would date the piece to no earlier than 1980. The eagle numbers used by Ms. Poulat are 1, 121 and 129. Silvercrown

Sterling Handcrafted Repousse Plate/Tray Repousse Pinecones
I found this at a flea market over the weekend. It is a hand hammered plate or tray. It measures 9 5/8" across and weighs a full pound and 2.7 oz. It is stamped in two places on the back "Sterling". It has a conjoined "HR" maker's mark pictured below. The maker's mark almost...
