Russian enamel work comes mostly from the Moscow region and bears therefore the Moscow townmark. There are some exeptions, which comes from St. Petersburg. This is one. The cigarette case is not Russian (wrong measures, architecture and sujet, counterfait marks). The country of origin is China - the Chinese mark show it clearly, even for the unknowing.
