Hi, I have this wonderful i believe regency snuff box, Can anyone shed any light on this Royal crest, ive been told it belongs to King George lV circa 1820, but could it belong to King George lll. i appreciate all your help and will have it tested, looking closer the 925 stamp does appear to be different, a more modern stamp

Thank you for clearing it up for me so its silver plate though someone at a later date have stamped it with the 925 mark to make people think it is silver and not plate. I suppose there are a lot of dishonest people out there, thank you again
