It is silver and I've seen these before, but I can´t find the maker right now. They are made in Norway and imported to Sweden.
I guess the hallmark looks like the three crowns in an oval below? It´s the Swedish import mark used between 1913 - 1988

I´ll been told Japan, but I’m not convinced. The tray has been tested for silver, and passed, so it´s not Tibet Silver anyway.

I thought this was a German spoon but since I didn´t get any feedback in "German Silver" I´ll try "Scandinavian Silver". Can it be be Norwegian or Danish. Anyone recognize this marks?
