so I believe the maker is more likely Carl Gottfried Kunzel (1765-1809), though there are other possibilities, e.g. Christian Gotthelf Kunzmann (ca. 1739-1813). In this case the book of M. Rosenberg³ p307+308 coulb be helpful. The hallmark looks like #3392, the makersmark like 3398. But we find on an auction an beaker with an other variation of the hallmark and makers mark. The shell could be real, but I'm not sure. Scheffler and Rosenberg name some objects...
