Try ALTE Puppenaugen on German eBay; they are not expensive and worth trying. Better than holes anyway.

Re: No marks

Yes, there are coconut bugbears with eyes, actually always with eyes, but never made of glass (at least what I have seen). Glass eyes for dolls were high end products, still available from Switzerland (my experience in Berlin for Steiff animals missing glass eyes).Bugbears eyes were made of bone wit...

Number 2051 is not relevant at all: could be internal production, inventory or pattern number.

Re: Help with mark on pocket knife

Hi,
It definitively looks like fasces (a bundle of rods with a projecting axe blade) mark of William B. Kerr & Co.
See here:

They are well known for Art Nouveau silver.

Re: 18th century ???

What is the box made of ? Wood and lacquer ? Does silver mounting fits the rim;looks rather loose (arrow A) ? Why is the hole in silver mounting damaged (arrow B) and copper (brass) nail is practically useless ?
Needs to be examined more closely.

Re: Looks like a T curling into a M.? Markers Mark I.D.

Marks are small but they look like London (leopard`s head) and 2003 (date letter d).
Sponsor`s mark looks like J.H. and the other mark could be a retailer.
Those new marks are not well documented elsewhere, but registered at Goldsmith's Company Assay Office.

Re: Could you help me identify the country, manufacturer and period?

There is Native American (Navajo) E.Curley maker as well as jewelry with the same E.Curley, doubtlessly in the stile of Native Americans. Also no ``sterling`` mark, meaning lower fineness was used.
Made in seventies 20th century.

Clearly hand embossed tray, uneven. If that was meant to be shown in the latest post.Unlike modern machine embossing and piercing which is perfectly even and uniform.

Re: Russian 1795 Hallmarks, Fake or Real?

Pierced and beaded rim should be closely examined to determine whether the decor is perfectly even (machine made) or every pierced field and bead on the rim are uneven and different, pointing to hand made 18th century decor, which is very time consuming and requires hours and hours of piercing with ...
