Probably a mark of Camille Clément, a contract jeweller, who operated at 7 boulevard Saint-Denis, Paris.
Active between 1898 and 1910.
Symbol : a key over a five-pointed star.

It is indeed the mark of Frédéric Rudolphi, active between 1842 and 1872 at 36 rue de Montmorency, Paris.
N° de garantie : 4231
N° de préfecture : 4396
Symbol : a bird's wing over the initials FR, a wheel under (une aile d'oiseau au-dessus des initiales FR, une roue au-dessous).

It is indeed the maker's mark of Crossard for silverplate, but he had also the same mark in a lozenge for .950 silver.

Indeed, the same mark was used in Lyon during the mentionned period.
Other marks were used by family members, Joseph in Toulouse and Pierre-Henry in Paris.
