possibly Dutch mark 1903
Hi Guys, silver jug weighs about 338g. Has these marks - sorry, not the sharpest. I am told they are Danish 1903. I'm sure I have seen the likes somewhere but I can't find anything similar now. Any ideas? Appreciated as always. Gary https://i.postimg.cc/jS1xVn88/IMG-4250.png https://i.postimg.cc/d3J...

Re: Date of Madam Morris nut tray Whiting Sterling
Hi guys. Thanks. Is there a book or something for this type of American silver or specific makers. I thought you could find everything online but I'd drawn a blank with the specifics of these nut trays.
Appreciated.

Date of Madam Morris nut tray Whiting Sterling
Hi Guys I wonder if anyone can help; I have identified six small nut trays/bowls I have as Whitings Sterling silver, however, I am trying to find the date that they were roughly made. I have looked on line, including this forum, but a lot of the information seems difficult to interpret. The mark loo...

? STAMP HOLDER
Hi guys; bit of a long shot. I got this the other day; I was told it was a vesta, but it looks more like a stamp holder. I'm not sure. Measures 5.5 by 5cm. Marked 925 sterling in english but not english hallmarks. Just by looking, would anyone have a guess at what it is and possibly its country of o...

Rather odd looking cat
Hi Guys; I wonder if anyone can give any info on the marks of this silver cat (filled I should imagine). It looks a bit odd (the cat). It has hall marks, not English, very small and rubbed. I can make out the letters Ag before the hall mark. There are some bigger marks and I thought these may shed a...

bird mark on Gravy Boat
Hi Guys, I have a gravy boat with only this mark on. Have not found any reference to it in silver or silver plate online. The Gravy Boat doesn't hold a magnet. Does anyone have any idea what it is or where it is from. Greatly appreciated as always

Swiss made silver cased pocket watch German import mark ? date
Hi guys; I wonder if anyone can help. I've got a small silver cased 0800 pocket watch (ladies). I think it is Swiss made (Grouse) with German import mark. There is another little hallmark but it is very small and looks like a penguin on a ball, but that is probably my imagination. I have seen a simi...

unknown object; chester; ? date; what is it?
Hi Guys Can any one help identify this object for me. I thought it was a match strike. Filled it with Swan Vestas and they wouldn't strike, just rubbed of on the pottery. Has marks on bottom and Chester Hall Mark, which I can't quite identify. All the cartouches appear squares. Appreciated. Gary htt...

Hi guys I picked up this caddy spoon at a car boot sale this weekend. I think its Georg Jensen, but I have looked at an awful lot of images and I can't find this spoon. I wonder if anyone can identify the pattern and whether it is Georg Jensen. Appreciated as always. Gary https://i.postimg.cc/d0c72v...
