Meriden Brittania Co. Marks

I was wondering if anyone could date this object and possibly tell me what it is. I have reviewed the posts and material here on site but it is a bit confusing and this piece would seem to be an early piece. 4 separate markings! What do they all mean? Apparently this is not a hallmark. I have received information that this is a symbol of the ROYAL ARCH MASONS and after a little research I believe this information to be correct. I can draw no conclusion as to why this mark is there unless they have their own craftsman.

Gold Hallmark on Masonic Ring

I was hoping to date this ring by the hallmark. The photo is not that great for the hallmark and there is considerable wear. It looks like a triangle in a circle. N.Y.C. Silversmith, Engraver, or other H. FRIEDRICK ???

This is my first post and I'm sorry it's nothing elegant but it may be interesting. I would like to be able to date this Buckle and what appears to be some type of monogrammed escutcheon. I can find no information on an H. Freidrick in NYC. The buckle is smaller like older buckles about 2 1/2" ...
