If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. Also I don't think the name "Wright" is the maker. If its not then why is it stamped there?

Mystery Hallmarks on Lovely Cruet Set... PHOTO
These have me stumpt. The heart looks English but the others are not. The grapes are probably an Italian (seen in Tardy silver book) import mark.
