Belgian XIXth century forks and spoons

Hello I just bought 6 table spoons and 6 forks in Liège, in Belgium ; they are in the form typical for Liège ; they are made of .800 silver, hallmarked between 1831 and 1868. Some have a EJ maker's mark, some a MJ, but both with the same animal head (?) over it. Can you please tell me by whom this...

Hello Waylander thank you very much for all your replies. As for the candlesticks, they were bought in the 60's, so your indication fits perfectly. I suspected the coffee set to be strangely marked... but not being an expert, I hoped it would be a special British hallmarking and easy to decyfer. Now...

Hello Can you plaese tell me who made this set? I received it for my baptism, in 1963. As I was born and raised in Switzerland, I recon it is by a Swiss silversmith, but I don't really know.
