Please can anyone identify the 3 marks found on a silver cigarette case? The third mark is “85” maybe silver strength / purity (zlotniki utilized in Russia, Turkey, Persia, etc. but normally the mark is “84”) The cigarette case with a dragon on the lid, inside is gold plated.
