Hi Again,

The makers’ mark a double Z with a ax in the middle for Zaanlandse Zilversmed. n.v / b.v in the cities of Haarlem and Amsterdam 1920/1990.
Little correction, the office identification letter Q is for Roosendaal.

I believe the maker is OSZ4 this is for A.C. van Orden & J.B. Steenkist & K. Zweed or Orden Steenkist & Zweed. City of Haarlem 1946-1948
