I think you are right -- and it is either 1803, 1825 or 1890 -- probably 1803 because the G has solid lines.

Hi. I have this antique silver hatpin. I have figured out that one of the marks is a lion, but the middle mark looks a bit like a crown or castle and the last mark is a G.
