I'm by no mean an expert but the hallmark looks like London and the letter Z would be for 1999.

I don't know about the maker though.

Hi, Could someone please help me identify the origin and age of this compact? The marks are 800 which I understand is the silver content; the other mark I believe is ROZ (?) but I could be wrong.
