I just answered my own question ;)

The middle mark looks like a Lion T trademark used by Towle Silversmiths.

I still don't know what the other marks are though, the fleur de lis with the bird, if anyone has any ideas.

I have four sterling spoons whose markings I cannot identify. Since I cannot make out a letter, I am having a hard time finding something on them.
