The mark says WB and has the Diana's head mark in a 6-sided shape with number 3. Is this .800 silver from 1867-72? There is no letter for a city. The cruet tops on this James Dixon silverplated set have Birmingham sterling hallmarks for 1847 and 48. But the maker's marks are identified as Old Sheffield Plate in Bradbury's. Thanks! I, too, think that 1974 makes sense and Irish import marks definitely make sense! I think the initials may be W M & R.
