Redfield and Rice coin silver goblet/trophy-age?
I believe this is coin silver, as there seems to be a coin with the maker information embedded in the base. Any ideas on age?

Hi, I recently acquired this gorgeous pen/ink stand and I am having some difficulty with the marks. There is an anchor for Birmingham, a script capital "G" which I believe indicates 1830 manufacture, the word "STERLING," and the number 10.
