"Halsted" silver bowl

This doesnt look as nice as the bowl I just posted about, but the initials on it are from a very old relative, late 1700s, early 1800s, and marked with "Halsted". I assume early American, any ideas? About 8 inches wide and four deep, and like previous bowl, has a base attached to the botto...

"SS" IAI Silver Bowl Colonial American?

Silver bowl, some sort of large, 2 inch by 2 inch, crest with latin? "quis dicere falsudeaudeat" and lot of roosters in the crest on the outer side of bowl. Also stamped with "SS" on bottom of bowl and "IAI" on bottom side of bowl. Bowl is 8 inches wide and 4 inches dee...
