Have a silverplated Tray with handle, with wavy flag with initials W & H (Could be Woods & Hughes) but cant confirm the stamp, it has a flagpole with the letter W at the base and the number 817 at the bottom, can any identify this marking as I cant find it anywhere. Sorry I cant post a pict...
