Re: French maker with AEG initials

Thank you so much. Next time, I have to post something more difficult for you (kidding, of course).

Best regards,

Re: Silver salt cellar

Thank you again for your help.
Frankly speaking, I was hoping that they ceased to operate and it may be possible to narrow the dating.
Anyway, if I assume that it is end of XIX/beginning of XX, am I right or am I wrong for the third time?

Re: Silver salt cellar

Thank you very much. Needless to say I am a bit disappointed.
So N is probably the first letter of their name, and the remaining punch is simply a pseudo-mark.
Do you know if they are still in business?

French maker with AEG initials

I have got an oil & vinegar set, I believe dating to between 1798 and 1809 (see photos below). https://www.silver-collector.com/uploads/db2678/optimized/2X/7/77c4aeea3f7b30d908adca4709bc7039cf01b7f9_2_384x500.jpeg https://www.silver-collector.com/uploads/db2678/optimized/2X/e/e089a0b84f9f8ac78b0...

Silver salt cellar

Dear all, Lately, I have acquired a silver salt cellar (photo below). https://www.silver-collector.com/uploads/db2678/optimized/2X/9/97ef41c47996b2b5c9bfeb94c147c8685b0aae1c_2_622x500.jpeg Of marks underside (see photo) I am reasonably sure that the left one is from town of Wertheim. The other two a...

Re: Unrecognized French silver maker 1819-38

Thank you very much for both answers. As to the lack of the other marks: I am new here and I thought that one should enclose exactly 2 images (entire objects + mark in question). Since the maker mark and the other punches are in different places I was unable to show them all. Now I know better. Than...

Unrecognized French silver maker 1819-38

I have French tea spoons (vermeil) from 1819-38 period ("Greek mask " and “Raphael” 800/1000 marks). However, I can not assign the maker to the mark (see below). It is a letter F over crossed wands or maybe stylized letter X, there are two dots at the sides and something below, maybe a pin...
