Thanks everyone for the responses! I really appreciate everyone's help! I had no idea that was suppose to be a lotus, or even a flower for the matter. I thought it was a bell. Typing weird C hallmark into google got me know where. And I have no idea what that first mark was suppose to be. Any advise...
